We are located in Santa
Cruz at 505 River Street, across from Gateway Plaza.
Our
retail storefront and workshop is open Monday through Friday, 8AM-6PM
and Saturdays 9AM-5PM.
For those
customers who prefer to bring their equipment in to us, many upgrades and forms of service
can be performed at out shop while-you-wait. An
in-house diagnostic is a flat fee of $50, and in-house work is performed
at $95/hr. We provide regular on-site
service
weekdays (8AM to 6PM) at $110/hr. We strive for same day
service and complete customer satisfaction. Emergency, after hours,
weekend
support, and service outside Santa Cruz
County is available at $150/hr. Our field repair and MIS specialists remain
on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
